Chaga Mushroom was approved in Russia around the 1950's as a Cancer treatment. It creates in the body a host mediated response which allows chaga to carry out its work in what ever way that best suits us as an individual. Cautions: Do not take when you are pregnant or nursing, there are other herbs that you should be using to supplement your nutrient intake during that time. Chaga interacts with Glucose or Insulin based drugs by inducing Hypoglocemia, or blood pressure dropping too low. Immune Supressant drugs interact with the mushroom due to Chagas' functions. Penicillin based drugs interact with Chaga, together they create an antaganist effect that can cause allergies. 

Anti-Cancer

Betulinic Acid, a constituent of Chaga, is cytotoxic and triggers apoptosis through a direct effect on the mitochondria of cancer cells. Apoptosis is the death of cells that occurs as a normal and controlled part of an organism's growth or development.

Anti-Candida-

Chaga promotes and protects the functions of the liver which busily processses Candida toxins. It has properties that help lower cholesterol, inflammation and blood presure through sterols and triterpenes. Chaga contains B and D vitamins and protiens which promote relief from stress, depression and fatigue which Candida sufferers deal with everyday.

Anti-Inflamitory
