Our Elderberry tonic is delicous, sweetened only slightly with honey and lemon.

1 tsp hourly if feeling compromised
Alone it's delicious but we have added it to juices or a smoothie. We also like to use it in our mocktails & cocktails to get that added extra benefit or flavor.
Our ingredients are found mostly from local farms. We dispurse our purchases so it benefits multiple families here in Wichita, KS. These folks are working hard to make sure we understand what the concept Farm to Table is. We consider food to be medicine, so we want to support them all!
